Key Responsibilities
  • Provide psychotherapeutic services to patients in a post-acute care setting through remote, telehealth-based sessions
  • Offer compassionate, evidence-based therapy to individuals
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patient care and treatment goals
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans
  • Ensure the highest quality of patient care through continuous learning and adherence to clinical standards
Qualifications
  • A valid Kansas licensed professional counselor (LPC), LMFT, LMSW, or LCSW license required (Missouri license is also preferred but not required)
  • New graduates are welcome to apply; previous clinical experience is a plus but not required
  • Strong communication skills, empathy, and a commitment to patient-centered care
  • Ability to work independently with a flexible, self-directed approach
  • Comfortable with remote work and telehealth platforms

Expected compensation is estimated salary range of $61,000 to $82,000 with no cap on productivity income potential.
