Job Description

Lifepoint Rehabilitation in partnership with Newton Medical Center is seeking a Medical Director for our 12 bed inpatient acute rehab unit in Newton, KS. The Medical Director position will collaborate with the Program Director and the entire clinical team to provide medical direction in conformance with the facility's policies and procedures, state and federal laws and regulations, including the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) and The Joint Commission.

*Position will be around 20 hours per week, but the hospital has a Hospitalist need and would offer Full-Time for Hospitalist candidates also interested in a Medical Director role.
