Exciting opportunity for an experience Primary Care/Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant in the Malibu of the Midwest, Sheboygan, Wisconsin! This is a full time, perm placement position, working 4 days in-office a week + one day of remote/telehealth. Ideal provider will be experienced but a new graduate Nurse Practitioner with a strong Primary Care background as an RN is welcome to apply. Looking for someone okay with minor procedures like wart removals, suturing, etc. All patients are through appointments, no walk-ins. • Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, experience strongly preferred

• Will be joining a team of 2 other APPs, a Chiropractor, MA, LPN and Patient Coordinator
