Exciting opportunity for an experience Primary Care/Family Medicine Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner in the Malibu of the Midwest, Sheboygan, Wisconsin! This is a full time, perm placement position, working 4 days in-office a week + one day of remote/telehealth. Ideal provider will be experienced but a new graduate Nurse Practitioner with a strong Primary Care background as an RN is welcome to apply. Looking for someone okay with minor procedures like wart removals, suturing, etc. All patients are through appointments, no walk-ins. Annual appointment visits are blocked off at an hour and follow-ups vary between 30-45 minutes. Strong benefits, competitive pay and a rewarding work/life balance! • Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner, experience strongly preferred
• Mostly Primary Care/Family with some pre-employment physicals
• Will be joining a team of 2 other APPs, a Chiropractor, MA, LPN and Patient Coordinator
• Minimum of 6 scheduled appointments per day + at least one hour of Admin time
• Must be okay with minor procedures
