Family Medicine Physician for Site Medical Director in Santa Cruz, California

- Work alongside other medical providers, nurses, medical assistants, mental health providers, chiropractors, Chinese medicine providers, and case managers in an integrated care team model
- Full-time position: .625 FTE dedicated to clinical care / .375 FTE dedicated to Site Medical Director responsibilities
- Medical providers report directly to the Site Medical Director
- Role includes scheduling, provider evaluation, recruitment, etc.
- On-Site and remote shifts
- All medical visits are 20 minutes in length, and physicians are expected to see ten patients per 4-hour shift
- There are no call duties for this position
- Ability to work at least one evening per week and occasional Saturdays
- Requires 3 years of primary care experience
-Spanish speaking is a plus
- eClinicalWorks (eCW)
-$220,000 - $290,000, depending on years of relevant experience & education
- Salary increases occur after Year 1, 3, 5, 7, 10, and every 5 years thereafter
