Job Details:

Location: Las Vegas, NV
20-25 patients per day
Flexible schedule M-F
Inpatient rehabilitation and LTAC setting

Responsibilities:

Drive high-quality, safe, and cost-effective patient care in IRF and LTAC setting
Collaborate with other clinician interdisciplinary teams and follow CMS guidelines
Work closely with consulting specialist and IDT for safe patient transitions and level of care recommendations
Ensure timely documentation and billing through our EMR ingenious med
Develop and implement individualized care plans
Ensure residents patients receive high quality medical care and oversight

Qualifications:

Board certified internal medicine (IM) or family medicine (FM)
2+ years' experience in post-acute or acute care setting
Active Nevada license
Active Nevada DEA

Compensation
Our compensation is a productivity-based model (fee for service); expected compensation is estimated salary range of $281,000 to $352,000 annually with no cap on productivity income potential with full benefits.
