Job Details:
  • Location: Las Vegas, NV
  • 20-25 patients per day
  • Flexible schedule M-F
  • Inpatient rehabilitation and LTAC setting 

Responsibilities:
  • Drive high-quality, safe, and cost-effective patient care in IRF and LTAC setting
  • Collaborate with other clinician interdisciplinary teams and follow CMS guidelines
  • Work closely with consulting specialist and IDT for safe patient transitions and level of care recommendations
  • Ensure timely documentation and billing through our EMR ingenious med
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Ensure residents patients receive high quality medical care and oversight

Qualifications: 
  • Board certified internal medicine (IM) or family medicine (FM)
  • 2+ years' experience in post-acute or acute care setting
  • Active Nevada license
  • Active Nevada DEA

Compensation
Our compensation is a productivity-based model (fee for service); expected compensation is estimated salary range of $281,000 to $352,000 annually with no cap on productivity income potential with full benefits.
