Locum CRNA opening in Carson City, MI
Dates: ASAP to Ongoing
Rate: $215/hour
Schedule: Negotiable (tell us your preferred schedule)
Details:
Schedule: Monday Friday coverage with after-hours call
Call: 3:30pm 7:00am weekdays, 24-hour call on weekends and holidays
Call Ratio: 1:3
Setting: Hospital-based
EMR: EPIC
Supervision: Works independently with administrative oversight
Surgical Volume: Average of 10 cases per day
Trauma Level: Level IV
ER Volume: 9,800 annually
Operating Rooms: 3 ORs and 2 procedure rooms
OR Staff: RNs, Scrub Techs, CSS, CRNAs
Patient Population: Rare pediatric, frequent adult and geriatric
Procedures Required:
General surgical cases (adult & pediatric)
Minor nerve blocks
IV regional anesthesia
Plexus anesthesia
Spinal and regional anesthesia
Ventilation management (pre-transfer to higher level of care)
Ortho, GYN, and Urology cases preferred
Requirements:
Board Certification (AANA)
Active Michigan State License
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
Minimum 1 year of CRNA experience
Experience with blocks required
Additional Info:
Credentialing: Estimated at 90 days, but fast-tracking available
Lodging: On-campus accommodations provided if needed
Mileage: Reimbursed at the IRS standard rate
Orientation: Paid at 50% of hourly rate
Holiday Pay: 1.5x
