Details:
No call required (24hr call may become available, but clinic hours are the current focus)
Shifts: Clinic 8:00 AM 5:00 PM; OR 7:30 AM 3:30 PM
Outpatient and inpatient practice settings
Estimated 21 patients per day
Supervised CRNA model
EMR: Epic
Must be available to work 2 weeks per month
May rotate to nearby locations if needed
Temporary privileges available
Estimated credentialing time: 21 days

Required Procedures:
General Urology (Adult only)
Ureteroscopy
TURP, TURBT
Hydrocelectomy, Spermatocelectomy, Circumcision, Vasectomy
Cystoscopy
Prostate Biopsies
ESWL

Preferred (Not Required):
Incontinence operations
IPP (Inflatable Penile Prosthesis)
PCNL

Requirements:
Board Certified or Eligible in Urology
Active GA license or IMLC Required
Must be comfortable with both clinic and procedures
Fellowship not required
No hospital admissions required

Support Staff:
RNs, MAs, and 5 APPs on staff

Location: Southwood/Jonesboro, Georgia a suburban area offering proximity to Atlanta s metro amenities with easy access to regional hospitals and clinics.
