A well-established community health center in Dayton, OH is seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to join their team.
- Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
- Schedule is Monday-Friday 8a-5p, 40 hours a week
- 100% outpatient
- Will see all ages
- 15-20 PPD
- On-call is 1:5
- Must have at least 3+ years' experience
- Experience in community health centers or urban sites preferred
