- Willing to wait for license
- BC required
- Days, Call, Weekend call
- ACLS needed
- 1 - 2 cases per day, 5 - 15 total patients per day including ICU and step-down
- PA/ACNP CV surgery w/ EVH Maquet Hemopro, CABG, valves, aneurysms and thoracic cases
- Credentialing needed
- DEA needed
