- Assignment Dates:
- June 16-20, June 23-27, June 30 - July 3
- July 28 - August 1, August 4-8, August 11-15, August 18-22, August 25-29
- September 2-5, September 15-19, September 22-26, September 29 - October 3
- October 6-10, October 20-24, November 24-26, November 28
- Typical Hours: Monday - Friday, 8-hour days with a 30-minute lunch
- Overtime: Not permitted unless pre-approved
- No weekends, No call

- Advanced procedures preferred but not required
- Admissions Required: No
- Facility Accepts Multiple Providers: Yes

**Submissions Requirements**
- Board Certified in Gastroenterology (ABMS or AOA)
- Active ME License or IMLC
- Provider must be available for all listed dates
- ACLS & BLS Certification
- COVID and Flu Vaccinations Required
- Institutional ADR Requested at Name Clear (All-gender ADR should be 35% or greater)
- Clean History

**Skill Requirements**
- **Lower GI Endoscopy:**
- Sigmoidoscopy
- Colonoscopy
- **Upper GI Endoscopy:**
- With Biopsy
- With Foreign Body Removal
- With Banding of Varices
- Diagnostic
- **Additional Procedures:**
- Therapeutic procedures preferred but not required
