**Locums CRNA - Davenport, IA**
**Coverage Need**
- Assignment Dates: TBD (Shifts confirmed after MSO confirms provider's application)
- Schedule: 4-8 shifts per month (7:00 AM to 4:00 PM)
- Clinic Hours: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
- OR Start Time: 7:00 AM
- Procedure Days: Wednesday and Thursday (flexible)
- On Call: No
- Weekend Coverage: As needed
**Position Details**
- Specialty: CRNA (Anesthesia for Cosmetic Surgery)
- Procedure Types:
- Breast Augmentation
- Breast Reduction
- Face Lift
- Abdominoplasty
- Blepharoplasty
- Other Cosmetic Surgeries
- Number of Physicians: 2
- Advanced Practice Providers: 1 (no supervision required)
- Nurse/Physician Ratio: 2 RNs, 1 MA, 1 APP, 1 Surgical Tech
- Clinic Provider Daily Volume: 1-3 cases per day (depending on case length)
- EMR System: Cerner
**Submissions Requirements**
- Board Certified CRNA Required
- Active IA License or Active IMLC Required
**Skill Requirements**
- Experienced with anesthesia for cosmetic surgery cases
