*This exempt technical-professional position is responsible for the delivery of quality dental care for patients at Camarena Health. Under the direction of the COO, adheres to the mission, vision, goals and expectations of Camarena Health as set forth in the Employee Handbook.**

EXPECTATIONS:
Arrive on time and follow the schedule.
Focus on direct patient care.
Help manage and grow the dental program.
Supervise and support dental staff.
Maintain professionalism.
PAY RANGE:
$155,000 $175,000

Duties and Responsibilities:
Patient Care:
Provide and implement treatment plans.
Follow dental protocols and safety regulations.
Supervise support staff during services.
Review patient referrals.
Assist with new dental program planning.
Participate in on-call and phone triage rotations.
Medical Records:
Document patient visits using SOAP notes.
Keep accurate and organized charts.
Review and sign all records and lab results.
General Expectations:
Attend meetings and training sessions.
Work flexible or extended hours when needed.
Maintain confidentiality of patient and staff information.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
Education: Graduate of an accredited dental school.
License: Current California dental license.
Skills: Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, strong communication, and organization skills.
Physical: Lift up to 20 lbs, push up to 50 lbs, and perform basic physical tasks (bending, reaching, standing).
