Part Time locums - certified PMHNP for outpatient clinic setting in Aurora, IL

Locums - Part Time schedule - outpatient Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in-clinic opportunity in Aurora, IL.

• Certified PMHNP with experience
• Need to start quickly and is ongoing long term
• Schedule very specific - 48 hours a month
• • 32 hours a month in Aurora, IL
  • • 4 Tuesdays a month - 8 hours a day
  • 16 hours a month in between 2 clinics
  • • 1 day (must be Wed) in Elgin - either the 1st or 3rd week of the month - 8 hour day
    • 1 day (must be Wed) in Aurora - either the 1st or 3rd week of the month - 8 hour day
• All days are in person only - no remote!
• Must have IL license, DEA, and be enrolled in Medicaid
• Must be able to work without collaborative physician agreement
• General Mental Health outpatient clinic setting
• Will see mainly adults
• Must be comfortable working with Diverse patient panel, managing Addictions, and Technology EMR and Virtual web based software
• Local driving candidates only
• Starting hourly rate at $75/hr pending experience, mileage, and malpractice covered
