- Must have active state license
- BC required
- Nights, 12-hour shifts, 7 on / 7 off
- ATLS, PALS, ACLS and BLS required
- Case logs for minimum of 15 central & arterial lines, 5 hemodialysis & 25 intubations in last 2 yrs
- Provider needs to be highly comfortable with high acuity patients/procedures
- DEA needed
