Well respected Healthcare facility is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to work in a Family Practice outpatient clinic setting near Macon, GA.

• Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
• Full-time, Monday-Friday 8a-5p
• 100% outpatient
• Typically see approx. 12-14 ppd
• Will see all ages
• Seeking candidates with at least 3+ years FNP outpatient experience including chronic disease management 
• Competitive salary plus up to 25k bonus incentive potential, 10k sign-on
