Responsibilities
- 24 Hour Shift: On Call from Home/Hotel. Call back into hospital if needed for rounding.
- Newborn and High Risk Deliveries
Qualifications
- Current APRN National Specialty Certification
- Minimum of a Master’s Degree
- Minimum of 1 Year's Experience
- Ability to Offer Ongoing Availability
Pediatrix does cover per diem staff travel expenses (round trip flight/rental car or mileage and lodging) for those who reside outside a commutable distance from the practice.
Our direct per diem positions are W-2
Compensation: The pay for this position is $850.00 flat stipend for 24 hour shift, with hourly rate for any call back hours requiring provider to report to the hospital for care. Hourly rate $75.00/hour.
