Expected compensation is $206,002 to $304,912 annually with no cap on productivity income potential.

TeamHealth is hiring for a full-time or part-time physician to round (Monday through Friday) in a skilled nursing facility located in the Tinley Park, Illinois, area.
Job Duties
- Primary care rounding in SNF and ALF
- Manage chronic disease, diagnose illnesses and medical conditions, and implement plan of care
- Collaborate with clinicians, facility leaders and others regarding care and services
- Build relationships with your patients, patients' family members, and facility staff to facilitate effective treatment delivery
- Provide oversight, guidance, and mentorship to our nurse practitioners
- Conduct clinical case reviews, as needed and share tools, information, and guidelines as they relate to quality of care
- Represent TeamHealth on appropriate external levels engaging and establishing/maintaining relationships within the post-acute care community
- Collaborate with leadership to review care coordination initiatives, develop collaborative intervention plans, and share ideas about network management issues
Qualifications
- 1+ years experience in primary care required
- Post-acute care experience a plus but not required; candidates with internal medicine (IM), family medicine (FM)/primary care, emergency medicine (EM) or related experience welcome to apply
- Leadership background a plus, but not required; training will be provided
- Active and unrestricted Illinois license
- Active and unrestricted Illinois DEA
