**Coverage Need**

**Submissions Requirements**
- Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency)
- Active OR license (No exceptions)
- BLS certification required
- Estimated credentialing timeframe: 90 days

**Skill Requirements**
- Hematology & Oncology patient management
- Bone Marrow Biopsies
- Experience in CAR T-Cell Therapy preferred
