**Submissions Requirements**
- Board certification/eligibility in Hematology/Oncology
- Licensed in PA only
- Clean history
- Pennsylvania Mandated Reporter Child Abuse Recognition training
- 4 hours of Pain Management and Opioid Prescribing Practice education

**Skill Requirements**
- Hospital rounds and consults
- Supervision of APPs
- Outpatient oncology care
- Infusion therapy oversight

- 6 Infusion RNs for 16 chairs

- 2 RN oral chemo navigators
- 1 inpatient APP for hospital patients
- 1 outpatient APP for office patients
- 3 MOAs to room patients
