Seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Bariatric Surgeon to join team in Kingsport, Tennessee.

* You will be joining a team of surgeons who provide coverage for general, foregut, bariatric and colorectal surgery.
* The ideal candidate for this position would do a mix of bariatric and elective general surgery and taking call between 5 surgeons.
* Share call with 5 surgeons in a Level III Trauma Center
* 400+ Bed Hospital
* Two Da Vinci Robots
* EPIC EMR

Our bariatric team currently includes an expert surgeon, Obesity medicine physician, a nurse practitioner, registered dietitians, registered nurses, specially trained operating room staff, insurance specialists and client service representatives. The team is committed to assisting patients through every aspect of the surgical process. From educational seminars to pre-surgical classes to support groups, the team partners with each patient to ensure a smooth transition through each phase of the process. The surgical program consists of 7 general/robotic/bariatric surgeons and a colorectal surgeon. 7 advanced practitioners provide trauma and acute care services in the Level III trauma center. Each member is a highly trained and caring professional who shares a commitment to skilled medicine and compassionate patient care.
