Must have active state license
BC required
Weekdays, Days
Full time need but will look at 4 or 5 days per week
Majority adult and geriatric cases with some pediatric cases but still need to see all ages
Bread & butter FM and suturing
DEA needed
Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
Assignment details and time entry in online portal
