Lane Regional Medical Center is seeking a full-time critical care nurse practitioner (NP) or physician assistant (PA) to provide high-quality, inpatient care in a collaborative and supportive environment. This position offers a flexible block day shift schedule, competitive compensation, and the opportunity to work in a community-focused hospital serving the greater Baton Rouge area.

Opportunity Overview:

• 7 on, 7 off block schedule model
• Full-time days: 12 hour shifts (6A-6P)

• Critical Care background is required
• EMR: EPIC

Typical nocturnist responsibilities: Codes, acute issues, admissions, consults, emergency procedures (central and arterial lines), and intubations.
