We are seeking a licensed professional counselor (LPC) or licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) to help our growing group practice in beautiful South Florida. 

Role Overview
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday (2 days a week) 
  • Provide patient care in a skilled nursing facility by conducting rounds in their short-term units
  • Conduct documentation at home with provided iPad laptop within 48 hours of seeing patient

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform assessments and therapy sessions
  • Collaborate with facility staff to enhance patient care
  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation

Requirements
  • Hold a valid full license as either LPC/LMHC
  • Experience in healthcare or long-term care is preferred but not required

Compensation is fee for service (FFS). Expected compensation is estimated salary range of $35,000 to $42,000 annually with no cap on productivity income potential.
