Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Texarkana, TX

Role Overview:

• Schedule: Have scheduled patients 2 day a week
• Provide patient care in a skilled nursing facility by conducting rounds in their short-term units
• Conduct documentation at home with provided iPad laptop within 48 hours of seeing patients

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform assessments and therapy sessions
• Collaborate with facility staff to enhance patient care
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation

Requirements:

• Hold a valid full license as either a licensed professional counselor or a licensed mental health counselor
• Experience in healthcare or long-term care is preferred but not required

Compensation:
Expected compensation is estimated compensation (fee for service) of $25,529 to $35,740 with no cap productivity income potential.
