Dates: Starting July 1, 2025 - Ongoing
Rate: 275 / hour
Schedule: Negotiable (tell us your preferred schedule)
Coverage Needed: 12-15 shifts per month, primarily night shifts (11pm-6am). Some shifts may extend to 7am.

Practice Setting: Inpatient, Trauma Level 3
EMR System: Epic
Patients Per Shift: Approximately 16

Job Details:
Reason for Coverage: Scheduling need, seeking 2-3 providers.
Allowed Holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day.
Supervision Required: No
Admissions Required: Yes
Support Staff: 6 RNs, 3 Office Staff
Certifications Required: ATLS
Board Certification: Must be Board Certified or truly Board Eligible within 5 years of residency.
License: Must be licensed in Oregon (OR).
Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days

Skills & Responsibilities:
Trauma Level: Level 3, inpatient focus.
Shifts: Preference for providers who can work the 11pm-6am night shift. Providers must be willing to work at least 2-3 night shifts per month.
No Call Coverage Required.
Admissions and Emergency Care for a variety of patient needs.

Requirements:
Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years of residency.
Oregon License Required at the time of submission.
ATLS Certification Required.
Preference given to providers willing to work night shifts. Providers only willing to work day shifts will not be considered.
