**Full-Time, Permanent**
**Schedule: Weekdays only (40 hours/week)**
A well-supported healthcare group in Connecticut is seeking a Chief of Endocrinology to lead its outpatient and inpatient endocrine services. This role offers a great balance of leadership and clinical care within a collaborative, team-based environment.
What You ll Do:
Supervise Endocrine Providers and diabetes educators
Help manage daily operations and program development
Lead quality and safety efforts across services
Support provider recruitment and mentorship
Implement care protocols and participate in leadership meetings
