**Coverage Need**
- Assignment dates: June 1, 2025 - Ongoing
- Schedule: 3 shifts/week preferred (flexible on days; negotiable for other availability)
- No call responsibilities
- Holidays off: New Years Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas

**Submissions Requirements**
- Board Certified in Hematology/Oncology - Required
- Active Oregon license - Required
- Active BLS - Required
- Fellowship-trained - Required
- Clean malpractice and background history highly preferred (for expedited privileges)
- Must be comfortable working 3 shifts/week minimum (negotiable)

**Skill Requirements**
- Outpatient hematology and oncology care
- Preferred: Bone marrow biopsy experience

**Facility Notes**
- Patients per shift: 10
- Support staff: 6 RNs, 1 NP, 2 office staff
- 9 infusion chairs, 4 exam rooms
- Services onsite: Dietician, palliative care, oncology nurse navigator, social work
- Newly remodeled clinic with high staff satisfaction and low turnover
- No hospital or teaching responsibilities
- Insurance to be provided by vendor
