- Willing to wait for license
- BC required
- Weekdays, Weekends, Call, 7 on / 7 off, 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off, Weekend call
- ACLS, BLS and PALS required
- Ortho, general, OB, podiatry, urology, GI/endo, bread and butter cases
- Credentialing needed
- DEA not needed
