HMH Mountainside Medical Group is seeking an experienced PRN Nurse Practitioner to join their established Radiation Oncology team in vibrant Montclair, NJ. Join a dedicated team of providers in a desirable location that combines the charm of a close-knit community with the proximity to New York City amenities.

Your Work:

• Join a team of two providers
• PRN position- approx. 15 hrs/pay period
• This position will assist in building a follow-up clinic
• Inpatient/Outpatient position
• Radiation and Theragnostics are primary responsibilities
• 18-24 patient/day
• No call
• The team treats more than 3,600 patient/yr with the most advanced radiation therapy.
• Epic EMR
• Provide advanced clinical expertise in complex procedures, oversee patient assessments and follow-ups, and ensure streamlined operations by coordinating between radiologists, nurses, and technologists
• Offer leadership in staff education and mentorship, promoting adherence to the latest IR practices and safety protocols
• Improve patient care, operational efficiency, and compliance with clinical standards
• Drive quality improvement initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance
• Enhance both patient outcomes and the overall efficiency of the IR department
