**Coverage Need**
- Dates: May 29 - June 1 (7a - 7a), ongoing
- Night call + inpatient coverage required all days, including weekends
- No outpatient clinic
- Must physically see all inpatients at three hospital locations daily
- Credentialing: Minimum 120 days

- Group size: 14 physicians, 3 APPs
- Onsite: Lab, X-ray

**Submissions Requirements**
- Epilepsy board certified or fellowship trained **REQUIRED**
- OH license **REQUIRED**
- BLS **REQUIRED**
- COVID vaccinated **REQUIRED**
- Local/drive-in candidates **Preferred**
- Clean background **REQUIRED**, no exceptions
- Availability must be provided at time of name clear

**Skill Requirements**
- Inpatient epilepsy care
- EEG reading (remote option available)

**Additional Info**
- No reimbursement for medical staff fees
- Credentialing: 120 days minimum
