LOCATION: Gilman & Medford, Wisconsin

FTE: 1.0 – Full-time

OPPORTUNITY:

·    Shared APC role across Gilman and Medford clinics

·         4-day workweek with diverse, cross-site experience

·         Strong mentorship from seasoned, collaborative providers

·         Perfect for a self-driven APC ready to thrive in both independent and team settings

·         APC experience is highly preferred

·         Gilman Clinic:

o   Practice independently as a solo provider

o   Full-scope primary care with on-site lab

·         Medford Clinic:

o   Collaborate with 3 physicians and 9 APCs in a team-based model

o   Supportive, experienced staff

o   Comprehensive services: ER, urgent/same-day care, triage, specialties
