Job Description

Bay Area FQHC looking for a Family Medicine physician in San Jose, CA. Provider is responsible for the care, service and education of all patients as well as assisting in the preceptorship of mid-level practitioners.

Salary up to $280,000. FPCA Malpractice with tail. Integrated model - All specialties under one roof. FQHC employee. Generous benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, chiropractor, acupunture.
