- Credentialing Timeframe: ~90 days

**Submissions Requirements**
- **Board Certified in Gastroenterology - Required**
- **Active CA license - Required (no exceptions)**
- Fellowship - Required
- Certifications: ACLS & BLS - Required
- Clean background preferred for credentialing

**Skill Requirements**
- **Upper GI Endoscopy**
- With biopsy, foreign body removal, bleeder fulguration - Required
- **PEG Placement** - Required
- **Esophageal Manometry & Interpretation** - Required
- **Small Bowel Biopsy** - Required
- **Lower GI Endoscopy**
- Flexible sigmoidoscopy, colonoscopy with biopsy & polyp excision - Required
- **Liver Biopsy** - Required
- **ERCP (Diagnostic & Therapeutic)** - Preferred
- **Sengstaken/Blakemore Tube Management** - Preferred


**Additional Notes**
- Long-term locums assignment with potential ongoing need due to permanent search
- Night call paid separately, but call during clinical hours is paid at the regular rate
- Will not consider providers without active CA licensure
