- Scheduled Clinic Hours + Call
- M Thurs (8a 5p), Fri (7:30a 5p); days/times may vary
- Call: 7 10 days/month including weekends; includes night call during clinic weeks and 24-hour call on weekends

- Percutaneous nephrolithotomy
- Ureteroscopy
- Radical cystectomy with ileo-loop conduit
- Radical prostatectomy

- Renal and bladder ultrasound with biopsy
- TRUS biopsies
**Rate**
- $450/Hr
- Night Call: $250/shift
- 24Hr Call: $3600/Shift
- Call Back: $450/Hr
