A well-established ENT practice with over 50 years of service in East Tennessee is seeking a BC/BE Otolaryngologist to join a growing, single-specialty group. This opening comes with tremendous earning potential and partnership opportunity within the first 12 months due to the retirement of a senior partner.

Opportunity Highlights:
Join a team of experienced ENT physicians, PAs, and audiologists
Immediate patient volume with established referral base
Special interests in otology, facial plastics, or sleep medicine are a plus
ER call 1:4 (no facial trauma); adult and pediatric cases
Ancillary services: in-office surgery suite, allergy department (SCIT & SLIT), CT scanner, balance center, and hearing aids
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive salary (MGMA-based), plus productivity bonus
Earning potential of $400K $800K
Sign-on and relocation bonus
Early partnership track (within 12 months)
No buy-in for ancillary services; surgery center buy-in available
