As a Medical Director, you'll spend approximately 90% of your time treating patients and the remaining 10% focusing on leadership, operational performance, and team development. This role offers a unique balance of hands-on care and administrative oversight, all within a highly supportive and efficient clinical environment.

* Full-time
* Monday - Friday (8a-5p)
* No call, No nights, No weekends

**Responsibilities**

* Provide direct patient care while mentoring, training, and developing clinical staff.
* Oversee daily clinical operations to ensure effective, high-quality care delivery.
* Monitor clinical metrics, maintain accurate documentation and billing, and drive continuous improvement.
* Ensure compliance with state laws, rules and regulations, and workers' compensation guidelines.
* Create a treatment environment that aligns with regulatory and ethical standards.

**Qualifications**

* MD or DO from an accredited medical school
* Board Certified / Board Eligible (highly preferred)
* Occupational Medicine experience preferred (training provided for qualified candidates)
* Active and unrestricted state medical license and DEA license
* Eligibility to participate in Medicare
