**Key Responsibilities:**

- Performs thorough medical assessments and establishes appropriate care plans for patients
- Maintains clinical core competencies
- Ensures compliance with state and federal licensing, certification, and accrediting bodies
- Provides outstanding patient care, regardless of patient volume, while fostering a warm, empathetic experience
- Collaborates with employers to assess workplace health and safety needs, including on-site evaluations and walkthroughs
- Regularly communicates with employer clients regarding employee injuries, status updates, and return-to-work planning
- Provides oversight and guidance to other medical professionals in the absence of the Center Medical Director
- Effectively manages time, prioritizes multiple demands, and remains adaptable in a busy clinical environment

**Qualifications:**

- Current unrestricted medical license in the state of jurisdiction, as required for clinical and/or business duties
- Unrestricted DEA license for the state of jurisdiction
- Medical degree (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) from an accredited institution
