- ED responsible for monitoring/supervising paramedics/ambulance by radio
- 24-hour Radiology (CT, MRI, X-ray) and Laboratory availability
- Pathology available by appointment (clinical and anatomical)
- Surgical Services: Only scheduled surgeries
- ED physician acts as hospitalist and writes admission orders
- Call Room available (not always guaranteed)

**Submissions Requirements**
- Board Certification: Yes (ABEM, AOBEM, or ABPS); will accept BE within 5 years of residency
- Active IA License: Strongly preferred (will consider providers needing to obtain license)
- ACLS, ATLS, PALS
- Clean History
- Local provider strongly preferred
