**Coverage Need**
- Ongoing beginning ASAP
- Inpatient hospital coverage: Monday - Sunday, 7 AM - 7 AM
- 1 week on, every 4 weeks rotation
**Position Details**
- Specialty: Hematology/Oncology
- Provider type: Physician
- Practice setting: Inpatient
- Call type: 24/7 call
- Admissions required: Yes
- EMR: Cerner and Ingenious Med
- Average of 12-15 consults per week
- Support staff: 1-2 oncology APPs (Monday Friday)
- No procedures required
**Submissions Requirements**
- Board Certified or Eligible
- Licensed in AZ or IMLC with LOQ in hand
- Clean history
- ACLS, BLS, DEA
- Availability at time of name clear: Required
**Skill Requirements**
- Inpatient hematology/oncology consults
- General oncologic clinical care
