**Occupational Medicine Medical Director Opening in Reno, NV**
Medical Director supports the Director of Medical Operations by providing exceptional clinical care delivery within the center, consistent with clinical model, and ensuring optimal clinical outcomes for our workforce patient population. As Medical Director for the center, you will share responsibilities with the Center Leadership Team that includes onboarding, coaching, ensuring that standard workflows are followed, and clinical delivery is best in class. The Medical Director will provide clinical coverage treating patients and creating space to perform delegated Medical Director responsibilities.
* Full-time
* Monday-Friday (8a-5p)
* No call, nights, or weekends
**Responsibilities:**
* 100% center-based role providing direct patient care, mentoring, leading by example, and delivering clinical excellence and exceptional patient experiences.
* Collaborates with the Director of Medical Operations (DMO) to identify opportunities for improvement in clinical quality, workflows, safety, center performance, patient satisfaction, and client experience metrics.
* Works closely with the Center Leadership team and Directors (primarily DMO and Director of Clinical Services) to ensure clinical improvements are supported and workflows comply with standards.
* Builds and maintains relationships with employers, payers, referral sources, networks, and local communities to drive market growth.
* Assists DMO and Executive Assistant in managing center staffing needs and adjustments for unforeseen coverage needs.
* May be required to observe drug/alcohol testing of patients.
**Qualifications:**
* Current unrestricted medical license in the state of Nevada.
* Unrestricted DEA license for the state of Nevada.
* Medical degree (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited institution.

**Compensation Package:**
* Competitive base salary with annual merit increase opportunities ($235,833.24 - $291,034.13).
