Exciting Women's Health Nurse Practitioner Opportunity in the Beautiful Pacific Northwest
Responsibilities
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Women's Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) to join our team at Maternal-Fetal Medicine Specialists of Puget Sound, part of Pediatrix Medical Group. This role will be based at Providence Everett Medical Center, but also rotate though our affiliated sites include our flagship hospital, Swedish Medical Center - First Hill, and Issaquah MFM Clinic.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide full obstetric care including prenatal and postpartum care for complex pregnancies.
- Manage patients referred for hypertension, diabetes, medical complications, fetal anomalies, and other complications.
- Conduct triage visits, wound care, routine visits, and follow-up consultations.
- Cover satellite practices in Everett and Issaquah, ensuring patient continuity, follow-up consultations, referral triage, and antenatal testing.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including Ob/Gyn residency program, family practice residency, OB fellowship program, and 24/7 OB Hospitalists.
- 1:5 weekend daytime inpatient rounding and lab duties.
The ideal candidate for this position should have:
- Strong background in OB care with an interest in high-risk and critical care.
- Experience with prenatal diagnosis, interpretation of ultrasound reports, and managing complicated pregnancies is a plus.

Qualifications
- Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) with a focus on Women's Health.
- Board Certification as a WHNP preferred; Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) may be considered.
- Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN).
- WA State Licensure (active or in process) and Prescriptive Authority.
Pay Range (Base Pay): $125,000-$155,000
Other Types of Pay:
Regular full-time is classified as team members who are consistently scheduled and work 30 hours or more on a weekly basis. Regular full-time team members are eligible for the following:

NOTE: Team members at least 21 years old and are active full-time or part-time employee are eligible to participate in our 401(k) Plan at the time of hire. Team Members are eligible to begin participating in the ESPP if they have been employed by Pediatrix for two consecutive months prior to the start of each calendar quarterly offering period and are scheduled to work a minimum of 20 hours per week for five consecutive months during the year.
Paid Holidays: The Company observes the following Holidays: New Year’s Day; Memorial Day; Juneteenth; Independence Day; Labor Day; Thanksgiving Day; Friday after Thanksgiving Day; Christmas Eve; Christmas Day; and 1 Floating Holiday.
NOTE: The paid holidays above are offered to regular full-time team members upon employment. Full-time team members who work fewer than 40 hours per week will receive holiday pay on a pro-rated basis.
Paid Sick Leave:
Eligible full-time team members will receive a lump-sum grant of 70 hours or eight days, whichever is more beneficial to the team member, of paid sick leave each year on January 1. A newly hired full-time team member will receive a prorated lump-sum grant after working for 90 days. A lumpsum grant will then be provided on January 1 in each subsequent year as long as the team member remains eligible. Unused sick leave granted under this policy does not carry over from one year to the following year.
NOTE: The Company will not pay team members for unused sick leave upon termination of employment.
