A dynamic and growing healthcare system in southwest Michigan is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Critical Care Physician to join an established, multidisciplinary team of physicians and Advanced Practice Providers. This is an exciting full-time, hospital-employed position offering the opportunity to work in a collaborative and academically inclined environment.

**Position Highlights:**
Full-time, employed position within a respected medical group

Manage a diverse patient population across Medical, Neurologic, and Cardiothoracic ICUs

Support from highly skilled APPs and nursing staff

Participate in teaching medical students and residents from a nearby medical school

**Qualifications:**
BC/BE in Critical Care Medicine

Fellowship training in Critical Care

Eligible for or currently holds an unrestricted Michigan medical license

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
