**Schedule:** 1 week per month, Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

**Rate**
- Regular: $255
- Orientation: $255
- Guaranteed Hours: 8
- Overtime: 1.5x
- Holiday: 1.5x
- Nightly Call: $360
- 24 Hour CallMax: $1500
- 24 Hour Call Hours: 3 minimum
- Call-Back: $330

- Board Certified
- ACLS and BLS certifications required

- OR license preferred; open to candidates obtaining one
- Clean history
