Job Description

A successful TeamHealth post-acute care medical director provides oversight, guidance, and mentorship to our clinicians within the greater Boone area.

Additional Scope of Practice Includes:
  • Conducts clinical case reviews as needed, share tools, information, and guidelines as they relate to quality of care
  • Actively participates in quality assurance measures
  • Represents TeamHealth by identifying, engaging and establishing/maintaining relationships within the post-acute care community
  • Collaborates with clinicians and others regarding patient care and services
  • Collaborates with leadership to develop care coordination initiatives and intervention plans
  • Performs other duties within the scope of practice and responsibilities
Competitive compensation with an estimated base salary range from: $74,817 to $85,100 annually with the opportunity to earn incentives.
