**NP/PA Hospitalist Opening in Iowa**
* Located in Dubuque, IA - Bettendorf 70m; Madison, WI 90m
* Full Time & Permanent Position
* Hospitalist schedule is 7on/7off with 12-hour shifts
* 14, 12-hour shifts per month; 7a-7p
* Each shift staffed with 2 Physicians and 1 APP
* Team of 6 Physicians and 2 APPs
* No overnight shifts
Responsibilities:
* No procedures
* Hospitalist is code leader
* Average patient census of 8-11 patients
* Total of 10-15 admissions per day
* Blocked scheduling
* UnityPoint employed Telehospitalist cover overnights
* Excellent work/life balance
Qualifications:
* Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
* Board Certified
* Experience preferred
* Hold an unrestricted medical license in the state of Iowa
* Hold current and unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications as necessary or appropriate to the Advanced Practitioners field of practice
* Eligible to work in the United States
