Orthopedics & Sports Medicine Clinic is seeking an innovative, dynamic and flexible Orthopedic Physician Associate who enjoys working with a supportive and caring group of healthcare professionals and desires a work life balance with schedule flexibility! Come join our team of 2 full-time physicians and 2 full-time allied health professionals to serve a local population of approximately 35,000 residents in beautiful rural Eastern Oregon.

**Compensation and Benefits:**
-Very competitive total compensation opportunity ($142,500+)
-RVU production bonus opportunity based on annual threshold

**Professional Details:**
-Outpatient Clinic open Monday Friday
-Provider schedule Four 10-Hour days per week
-Recently completed a 96,000 sq. ft. addition that includes 5 new ORs, 2 endoscopy suites (which can
flex to 2 additional ORs), 15 pre-post-op rooms, and a 7 bed PACU.
-Local University with Athletics Program
-Clinic located immediately adjacent to the main hospital in the Regional Medical Plaza featuring on-
site x-ray suite with 1:1 medical support staffing.

**Oregon Tax Credit:** The State of Oregon offers an income tax credit of $5,000 for physicians practicing in La Grande, which is equivalent to earning another estimated $9,930 in base salary not reflected in the numbers above. [The Credit is applied to Oregon taxes before FICA tax and the estimate is based on tax brackets of 9% for State, 33% for Federal, 1.45% for Medicare and 6.2% for FICA.]
