We are seeking a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) to join our Austin-Seton group! This role offers a blend of responsibilities, primarily based at Seton Main with flexible support across Level II nurseries. The PNP will collaborate with a team of physicians and NNPs to provide high-quality newborn care.
Responsibilities:
- Rounding in a busy newborn nursery alongside pediatricians, caring exclusively for newborn patients
- Rotating through different sites based on patient volume and team need
- Flexible scheduling with some weekend support
- Engaging in a robust orientation process, ensuring comfort and proficiency within the role

Clinical responsibilities include prenatal and newborn consultations, attendance of high-risk deliveries and comprehensive management of neonates in the NICU and newborn nurseries throughout our multiple hospital units.
Practice coverage spans multiple sites, but your specific sites would be determined at the time of your hiring. Sites include:
Qualifications
- Current APRN national specialty certification
- Minimum of a master’s degree
