**Medical Director Opening in Green Bay, WI**
Seeking a Center Medical Director to join our leadership team and provide exceptional clinical care to our workforce patient population. In this center-based role, you will lead by example, support clinical excellence, and help drive operational improvements in partnership with the Director of Medical Operations and the Center Leadership Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct patient care while mentoring clinical staff and modeling best-in-class practices
- Collaborate with leadership to improve quality, safety, workflows, and patient/client satisfaction
- Support onboarding, coaching, and workflow adherence for clinicians and staff
- Foster strong relationships with local employers, payers, and referral sources
- Provide clinical coverage and perform delegated Medical Director responsibilities
- Assist with staffing adjustments and unexpected coverage needs
- May occasionally observe drug/alcohol testing procedures
Qualifications:
- MD or DO from an accredited institution
- Current, unrestricted medical license in the state of practice
- Unrestricted DEA license
- Preferred: 2+ years of clinical and supervisory experience
- Preferred: Background in managed care and clinician management
- Strong leadership, coaching, and problem-solving skills
- Committed to delivering excellent patient care and maintaining compliance with clinical standards
- Strong team player with excellent communication and bedside manner
