• Willing to wait for license
• BC required
• Weekdays, Days, No call
• PALS, ACLS and BLS needed
• 5 - 10 procedures per day, 3 - 8 cases per day in ASC
• Bread & butter cases, endo, lot of ortho & podiatry, some ophthalmology, general, few uro, plastics
• Credentialing needed
• DEA not needed
